This early ripening version of the much loved Pinot Noir grape packs lots of flavour and elegance.
Rich, ripe red made from Pinot Précoce and Pinot Noir grapes. Smoky mulberries and black cherries on the nose with an explosion of creamy dark fruits on the palate. Very long and moreish wine which has good structure and depth. Toasted vanilla oak flavours linger on the palate. This would pair well with duck or pheasant dishes and a good soft gooey cheese.

This rare creation is Eglantine’s first red wine for a decade! Made from the grapes of a small quantity of red grape vines. Regent and Rondo grape varieties have a short growing season, allowing them to ripen well in the Nottinghamshire climate. Made into wine in South Nottinghamshire by international award winning maker Tony Skuriat, a true local wine!
This wine is a blend across multiple vintages: 2017 through to 2022. The juice began it’s fermentation on the skins, giving it a deep red colour and rich tannins.

Bacchus grapes are particularly well suited to our High Weald terroir, and produce a fresh, aromatic, crisp white wine. This 2023 vintage shows all the benefits of the long hot summer in the UK last year and is slightly more rounded and nuanced than our previous vintages, with strong aromas of pear and gooseberry on the nose and palate and with a deliciously smooth finish. Foxbury Fields Bacchus is a pale lime green aromatic dry white wine. The wine offers complex aromas of elderflower layered with Kiwi, grass and a herbal overlay. Well balanced with length on the palate this is a classic English Bacchus.
Created in 1933 by viticulturalist Peter Morio by crossing Silvaner x Riesling with Muller-Thurgau varieties to create a grape that produces a fine white wine. Originating in Germany, Bacchus has increasingly been grown in the United Kingdom. The climate being colder means the grapes tend to have increased levels of acidity compared to their German counterparts, giving a new flavour take on a classic German grape by keeping the flavor from becoming too intense or sugary.

A pale onion skin crossed with white peach threaded with a persistent, fine mousse.
The nose shows ripe red berry fruits - wild strawberry and cherries - overlaid with heady summer florals all held in a soft and bready frame. The addition of the 2015 and 2016 reserve wines bring a further layer of complexity with toasted nuts and sweet spice.
Thanks to the long lees ageing it is rich and round on the palate, with notes of raspberry, cranberry and redcurrant held in a delightful creaminess, but the fresh acidity provides the perfect balance and leads to a refreshing but persistent and luxurious finish.
