Our first Première Cuvée Rosé is a blend based on the 2016 harvest. The style is a more vinous and gastronomic version of rosé based on the saignée method. A longer lees ageing – the wine was bottled in 2017 and disgorged in 2022 – gives the depth and complexity worthy of our Première range.
The colour is a delicate strawberry pink, with just a suggestion of bronze and onion skin. The bouquet springs from the glass, immediate and assertive, rich with sweet summer raspberry fruit and subtle autumnal blackberry.

Llanerch Estate's Solaris Dry White is a testament to the virtues of the Solaris grape, an early-ripening hybrid known for its robust characteristics and minimal need for intervention. While not officially organic, this wine comes remarkably close, thanks to the grape's natural disease resistance.
The nose is a vibrant symphony of zesty limes and lemons, intertwined with the crisp scent of green gooseberries, all underpinned by fresh, clean undertones. On the palate, it reveals a lively high acidity, reminiscent of crunchy Granny Smith apples and a burst of lime zest.

50% semi-carbonic maceration using a fruit-forward yeast strain and 50% crushed fruit using a classic Burgundian yeast.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a vibrant and seductive blend of flavours, with a nose that's bursting with juicy yellow peaches, sweet melon, and citrus zest, all entwined with delicate hints of frangipani and honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is rich and indulgent, with flavours of rock melon, pistachio, and lemon curd that are perfectly balanced by a zesty acidity. Produced as a simple, young, natural wine made with minimal interference, fermented to 10% alcohol, Nutty Wild is for quaffing with friends and pairs well with summer berries. A great drink for barbecues and buffets, it is an “anytime” easy drinking fizz to make you smile.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This is an image of the vine in Winter, but with the exotic colours of a wild party.
