Bacchus is a distinctive, bright and fresh variety. Citrus, elderflower and honeysuckle notes, dry and crisp on the palate it pairs superbly with seafood, especially shellfish.
Our Bacchus may contain Tartrate crystals, also known as wine diamonds, which are harmless, naturally occurring crystalline deposits that form in wine when tartaric acid and potassium bind together.

Fun, fruit forward, and pretty in the glass. Henners Rosé NV is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, using overnight maceration and gentle pressing to draw subtle colour from the grapes.
This sparkling rosé delivers classic English red berry fruit flavours including raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarb. A minimum of 24 months ageing on the lees brings a delicate creaminess to the wine.

Fermented on skins for three weeks and aged in a mix of both new and aged American and Hungarian oak barrels for twelve months. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and hints of white pepper spice. Soft red berry fruits merge well with the fine tannins giving good length and texture. A soft, fruity and spicy red - perfect for red meats. 11.5%

Bacchus grapes are particularly well suited to our High Weald terroir, and produce a fresh, aromatic, crisp white wine. This 2023 vintage shows all the benefits of the long hot summer in the UK last year and is slightly more rounded and nuanced than our previous vintages, with strong aromas of pear and gooseberry on the nose and palate and with a deliciously smooth finish. Alcohol 12%, vegan friendly, organic.

Merstone Pinot Blanc pairs perfectly with creamy pasta and dishes and soft cheeses or can be enjoyed on its own.
Our Pinot Blanc is made from hand-picked grapes, harvested in early October 2023. The Pinot Blanc grapes from Oxfordshire were gently pressed in our winery on the same day. The pale yellow juice was fermented partialy in a stainless steel tank and a third vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.

This delicious organic Chardonnay from Greece, was our first ever guest producer. Another example of how this magnificent grape can taste different (again) in another climate or from a different terroir. This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. We are so proud to announce that our Stag Oak Reserve 2022 has won a Silver Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2024, with a whopping 90/100 points! A firm favourite in the wine-makers household this is a truly sumptuous wine.
A lightly oaked chardonnay blend, dry with a round palate of pear, peach, yellow apple, and citrus fruit. Creamy, butterscotch notes with a good use of light oak showing vanilla and toast, adding structure and complexity. This is a voluptuous wine with a rich long finish.
