This single vineyard Charmat method wine is made from Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Seyval Blanc and Reichensteiner grapes.
These grape varieties bring together the oldest and newest planting in the vineyard, ranging from vines planted in the mid 90's through to the Chardonnay planted in 2010. Combining French and Germanic grape varieties to deliver a unique blend which delivers a fruit forward style with notes of green apple and stone fruit with a dry and refreshing finish.

A fabulous sparkling Blanc de Noirs with great depth of flavour.
The colour is lemon gold with a fine stream of tiny bubbles. Floral aromas of white iris & peony marry stone fruit and cherry on the nose with the mildest touch of vanilla and hazelnut.
The palate is fruit-driven with yellow peach, ripe quince and notes of medlar apple. It has exceptional balance and a persistent mousse with lingering citrus flavours alongside a lovely nutty, pistachio and almond finish.
Excellent served chilled with seafood crustaceans such as Dublin Bay prawns, langoustines or lobster.
Also good with tuna or swordfish. Try it with monkfish wrapped in parma ham. Pairs well with cold meats and mild charcuterie or terrines such as chicken and rabbit terrine. Perfect with beef carpaccio..

Fermented on skins for three weeks and aged in a mix of both new and aged American and Hungarian oak barrels for twelve months. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and hints of white pepper spice. This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “port” style wines and is a favorite of ours on a chilly evening! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown TDA and Dornfelder grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly rich, slightly sweetened wine is best served at room temp, curled up under a big blanket by a fire. It’s so delicious it will become your go-to winter warmer!
Oastbrook Estate Pinot Blanc 2023 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

The wine presents a lemon/light gold colour, a generous bouquet of ripe pear, peach, honeydew melon, grapefruit and hints quince followed by well-defined and complex fruit characteristics, fresh crisp acidity and minerality with plenty of character on the palate.
100% Alsatian Clone Pinot Blanc, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a splash of fruits and flavours of fruit with crispy acidity.

This traditional method sparkling rosé shows a gorgeous pale pink colour and is a blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir.
