The 2023 Ortega is made from our oldest organic vines, planted in 1991. It has a mineral earthy style with aromas of yeast and fruit. Ideal with white fish, but also a pleasure to drink on its own.

The “Pygmalion” is a rich and structured wine, packed with citrus characters, honeydew melon, and pineapple with underlying hazelnut and almond characters.
The grapes are whole bunch pressed into Burgundy barrels where they undergo natural fermentation using indigenous yeast. The wine has matured a further 20 months in barrel with frequent lees stirring.

This pale golden-hued vermouth is a blend of carefully selected white wines, fortified with a touch of brandy and infused with a secret blend of botanicals. The nose is immediately greeted with intense aromas of dried herbs, citrus peel, and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of bitter almond. Olivier comanaged Domaine Leflaive with his uncle Vincent through the 1980s and then with his cousin Anne-Claude in the early 1990s. It was at this time that he established Olivier Leflaive Frères. Olivier Leflaive has since acquired an enviable 15 hectares of vines across Puligny, Chassagne and Meursault.
Les Sétilles has a bright bouquet of apples and summer flowers with lively citrus and white peach flavours, and a refreshing mineral note on the finish.

Isabel Estate is one of the original Marlborough vineyards with some of the oldest vines in the region on original rootstock. Throughout the 1980s the couple planted key noble varietals and began to deliver fruit of exceptional quality, in high demand from premium and internationally renowned wine producers. Under the leadership of Chief Winemaker Jeremy McKenzie, the winery continues to build its reputation for award winning Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir but is also producing world class Chardonnay. Recognised and awarded, the estate has won. All fruit is estate grown from the 54 hectares of vines, most of which are now organic.
This Sauvignon blanc has an alluring nose displaying notes of fresh passionfruit and citrus, with hints of lemongrass and stone fruit. The palate is concentrated and layered with bright citrus and tropical fruits giving way to a creamy mid palate and mineral finish. A perfect match with whole barbecued fish or freshly steamed mussels.
