During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
This pale golden-hued vermouth is a blend of carefully selected white wines, fortified with a touch of brandy and infused with a secret blend of botanicals. The nose is immediately greeted with intense aromas of dried herbs, citrus peel, and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of bitter almond. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression of warm spices on the tastebuds. Enjoy this vermouth as an aperitif over ice, or use it to elevate your favourite cocktails.

Displaying a lovely, delicate pink colour this delightful rosé sparkling wine boasts a rich nose of ripe summer strawberries with a palate that begins with luxurious flavours of creamy red apple, leading to bright cranberry fruit and a fresh strawberry finish.
This wine would go down beautifully with a mackerel paté with blinis or with a good old fashioned Eton mess!
This is the eleventh release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 92% Pinot Noir and a dash of Pinot Meunier lovingly picked at the end of a cool and challenging season. The grape were from the ripest plots across our two site picked around the end of the third week of October.

Our ever-popular Pet Nat is back! A purely natural wine, fermented by natural yeasts with no added sulphites. It is a light, refreshing, slightly cloudy sparkling wine and is absolutely the perfect summer drink. We bottled during harvest while the wine was still frementing, keeping a light fizz in the bottle. It has a slight yeast sediment adding a great yeasty edge to the fruit aromas. The wine will gain yeasty aromas as it ages.
This is a natural wine in every way and is difficult to make, so we only use the best grapes available to us that we know will end up with the right flavours and balance in the wine.

This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Ortega. The varieties were fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the clean aromas and soft fruit notes and then blended to create this delicious single-vineyard estate white wine. This is a light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of apple, grapefruit, lime and stone fruits, as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish. The Rondo is whole bunch pressed and fermented in Stainless Steel tanks to preserve the rich berry fruits. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are whole bunch pressed and aged in French oak 225L barrels to add smooth structure and body. There are aromas of Citrus, Mulberry, blackcurrants and strawberries coupled with delicious summer fruit freshness on the palate. Enjoy on its own or with grilled shellfish, salade niçoise, paella, rustic pâtés and terrines, charcuterie and sheep’s cheese. Medium bodied dry wine. 11% abv.
Davenport Limney Estate White Blend 2019 (6 Bottles) Rotherfield, East Sussex, England

The 2018 is made from 63% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Noir and 18% Pinot Meunier. With 5 years maturing in the bottle on lees, it has plenty of yeast character combined with the suprisingly youthful fruit. This is a wine that is delicious now and will develop further over the long term.

This limited-edition release of only 1,400 bottles comes from the small but exquisitely formed 2022 vintage. The name, Goldenford, honours the Saxon name for Guildford and was the winning entry in a competition to create a name for this unique wine.
This elegant yet generous wine is bursting with aromas of ripe stone fruit such as white peach and nectarine, alongside a sprinkling of vanilla from the well-integrated oak ageing.

Partial ageing in oak followed by 42 months on lees gave the 2017 vintage a concentrated, textured palate of red apple, brioche and umami...
