A sparkling wine of unparalleled elegance, Paragon Blanc de Blancs showcases the purest expression of Chardonnay from the Upper Levels vineyard. Made exclusively from premium clones (95, 121, 76, and 131), this limited release of just 3,535 bottles is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship.
On the nose, bright citrus aromas intertwine with delicate floral notes and a whisper of toasted almond, hinting at its partial oak cask aging (46%) alongside stainless steel (54%). The Lady of Charmat is a multi-vintage sparkling brut rosé made from grapes grown at Off The Line vineyard. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks with a secondary fermentation taking place in a tank, a method known as ‘the Charmat method’.
This vivid pink, dry sparkling rosé is easy drinking and fruit driven. It has definition and expresses red fruit flavours with character and identity.
