This Ruby red wine displays a vibrant deep red color with a delicate purple hue. On the nose, enticing aromas of Doris plum and a hint of cinnamon emerge, layered over a subtle smoky core.
The palate unfolds with flavors of red summer berries, complemented by intriguing notes of liquorice and lavender. A crisp acidity introduces the wine, leading to a medium-bodied profile with fine, silky tannins and a lingering finish of violets and ripe berries.
Best enjoyed slightly chilled, this versatile wine pairs beautifully with lamb, duck, pasta, pizza, or dishes featuring a touch of light spice.

The wine presents a light gold colour, with subtle red fruit aromas strawberry and red cherries with a hint of acacia and black pepper, this leads to delicioulsy rounded succulent palate balanced by beautifully clean acidity. The wine somehow both cleanses and envelopes on the finish.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity. The wine was bottled in March 2024.

This Bacchus is pale gold in appearance, with notes of elderflower and stone fruit on the nose. Peach, pear and guava are at the forefront of the palate, with hints of minerality, giving it a long, clean and crisp finish. Delightful dry and delicate rosé packed with soft summer fruits. It has a very pale salmon colour and fine legs. On the nose, enticing aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant are enhanced by peach melba, nectarine and kumquat. Appealing flavours of rosehip, redcurrant and whitecurrant dance on the palate with a touch of ruby grapefruit. It is subtle and elegant with uplifting acidity and freshness which gives it a lively mouthfeel. Savour the juicy flavour on the vibrant long finish.
