Inversion 2020 is a limited-edition Blanc de Noir, with only 1,939 bottles produced. Crafted from 83% Pinot Noir and 17% Pinot Meunier, this wine showcases the best of the Upper Levels vineyard, where the unique terroir lends complexity and depth to the blend. Dominated by the robust Pinot Noir 777 clone (67% of the blend), it is complemented by clones 386, 521, and 817, each contributing to its layered profile.
The wine’s character is shaped by a careful balance of 97% stainless steel aging and 3% maturation in 5-year-old Burgundian barrels, enhancing its finesse. Burgundy yeast Spark amplifies the aromatics, while a non-interventionist approach—eschewing malolactic fermentation and fining—ensures the wine expresses its true varietal essence.
On the nose, Inversion bursts with vibrant red fruit aromas, underpinned by subtle hints of spice and earthiness. The palate delivers a powerful and expressive profile, brimming with red berries, yet refined with a distinctive “grown-up” edge. A backbone of vibrant acidity cleanses the palate, creating a clean and satisfying finish.
This is a wine of elegance and precision, designed to celebrate the potential of Pinot Noir in the UK, particularly the expressive and bold nature of the PN 777 clone.

Winding Wood Brut Reserve 2019 (6 Bottles) Hungerford, Berkshire, England

Our elegant 2019 sparkling is perfect for all occasions. Pale straw in colour with a stream of fine bubbles, our brut reserve has a well-developed autolytic character on the nose with aromas of English apples, summer fruit and a toastiness on the palate. It has a rich mouth feel and will continue to develop further complexity with bottle age.
The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. After blending, the wine underwent a secondary fermentation in bottle and then spent 36 months on its yeast lees and a further 6 months on cork in cellar. Our first disgorgement of the 2019 vintage was released to wine club members in 2023.

A bold and ripe expression of Pinot Noir from the stellar vintage of 2022. Made from fruit harvested from Burgundian and German clones of Pinot Noir at Flint Vineyard and from Martin's Lane in the Crouch Valley, Essex.
Long standing followers of Flint will know that our popular red, Pinot Noir Précoce is made from an eagerly ripening ‘clone’ of Pinot Noir, but we also planted some special Burgundian ‘clones’ of Pinot Noir on our Brown’s vineyard site.
The Pinot Noir grapes on our own site, some of the oldest vines at Flint, were planted in 2016, this is the first time we’ve picked these grapes for making red wine.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, and warm spices dance delicately, with a subtle hint of bitter orange peel lingering in the background. The deep ruby color of the wine is a feast for the eyes, inviting you to take a sip. 2020 was a year like no other, whilst everyone was locked down at home, we were incredibly lucky to be able to get out into the vineyard and do what we do. With a local army of freshly recruited (furloughed) vineyard workers, we negotiated our way through a season that produced a small, very ripe and incredibly concentrated crop of fruit, most notably expressed in this opulent and fruit forward edition of our much loved Rosé. Even though the blend and process is exactly the same as previous wines, there is something different about this one, a purity, softness and elegance that makes the wine simply glide across the palate. We can’t wait to see how it develops over the years, but this really will be a hard one to keep.
Dominio de Punctum Pomelado Orange 2024 (6 Bottles) Castilla La Mancha, Spain

The Fernández family were grocers in Madrid when they decided to set this biodynamic estate up from scratch. Their objective was always to make accessible, easy to drink biodynamic wines and what they’ve achieved in 10 years is nothing short of impressive. High on a gently rolling plateau they built a purpose made winery cleverly laid out to facilitate collecting the grapes and making and storing the wine as efficiently as possible. The 100 hectares of vineyards are planted with many varieties but their Syrah, Tempranillo, Chardonnay and Viognier really stick out.
This Sauvignon Blanc is robust and bold. It has aromas of tropical fruit, bruised apple, brazil nut and dried orange rind. This amber wine is at the cross roads of a red wine for its tannins and a white wine for its good acidity.
