Saint Vincent is a blend of all our varieties. It tastes like something inbetween a dry cider and a wheat beer. Aromas of elderflower & apple with a hint of baking spice.

Saint Vincent is not disgorged, meaning each bottle contains natural yeast sediment. To serve, you can either reintegrating the yeast (upturn the bottle), or leave it to settle and drink clear.

A sophisticated dry rosé crafted from 55% Pinot Noir, 29% Pinot Précoce, and 16% Pinot Gris. Madeleine Angevine spontaneously fermented on skins for three weeks with indigenous vineyard yeasts for character, no filtration and matured under cork for two years. A unique expression of our flagship variety, with aromas of candied dried orange peel, dried flowers and honeysuckle. The palate is dry with grippy tannins and more orange peel flavours. This wine pairs perfectly with charcuterie, olives and mature cheeses. Do not chill too much and don't worry about the sediment, its natural and brings character to the wine.
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.

Our Pinot Rosé 2022 wine is now available to order. A truly delightful and refreshing summer wine!
Made entirely from our own grown Pinot varieties, this wine is a mix of 45% Pinot Noir (mix of clones), 40% Pinot Noir Precoce and 15% Pinot Meunier. With our warm summer of 2022 the result is an intoxicating aroma of red summer fruit produce.
On the mouth the first taste is distinctly of ripe raspberries and loganberries followed by pomegranate and perhaps some red currant. The wine leaves a smooth and rounded finish. This is well balanced and a delight to drink on a summer’s afternoon – with or without food!

This Fino with average age of 5 years is aged following a biological aging in the cool and humid air of the port town of El Puerto de Santa María, where the flor grows in ideal environmental conditions. Pale straw colour, dry, light and smooth. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound “flor” aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.

The wine presents a generous bouquet of stone fruit notes white peach and honeysuckle with fresh citrus bursts. These delicate notes are brought together to create a wine with great clarity, a unifying minerality and slight viscosity. Pair with white fish, dishes with creamy sauces and fresh salads.
100% Pinot Gris from an Alsatian grape varietal, the grapes were pressed in early October. After low
temperature fermentation the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go through
malolactic fermentation to preserve the fresh acidity.
