Expertly crafted from pinot noir, regent, triomphe and léon millot, this blend has been aged in oak barrels for 9 months, resulting in a vibrant and smooth red wine. Deep ruby in colour, bursting with aromas of blackberry, ripe cherries with subtle hints of spice and smokiness. Rich bramble fruit with dark roasted coffee, lead to a velvety mouthfeel, silky soft tannins, plummy fruits and a hint of warming oak on the finish.

An off-dry English sparkling wine with refined fruit character. It has a pale golden hue with a steady stream of tiny bubbles.
Floral aromas of almond blossom and honeysuckle dance on the nose, with fragrant stone fruits including yellow nectarine and quince. It has the scent of summer meadows alongside attractive aromas of freshly baked shortbread and sweet brioche. The palate is off-dry with honeyed fruit, sweet apple compote and stewed medlar. It has a wonderful creamy mousse and a silky texture as smooth as panna cotta.
There are hints of frangipane and bakewell tart with a tasty layer of sweet almond paste running through it. It has balancing acidity to counteract the sweetness so the result is exquisitely off-dry with a lingering finish.
Perfect for celebrations such as christenings or a baby shower, or simply enjoy it with afternoon tea. Serve well-chilled in a flute alongside sweet canapés such as mini strawberry short-cake or individual fruit tarts. This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “port” style wines and is a favorite of ours on a chilly evening! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown TDA and Dornfelder grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly rich, slightly sweetened wine is best served at room temp, curled up under a big blanket by a fire. It’s so delicious it will become your go-to winter warmer!

It has appealing floral aromas of apple blossom interlaced with ripe melon and constance pear plus a delicate thread of minerality. On the palate the fine mousse marries citrus flavours of grapefruit and Sicilian lemon with a crystalline structure and zesty acidity.
The autolytic character is subtle. It has excellent poise and a persistent finish.
