An exciting ruby red medium-bodied English wine. Dedham Vale Reserve yields inviting red berry aromas while developing complex flavours of redcurrants, raspberries and liquorice, leavened by gentle tannins from time spent ageing in French Limousine oak barrels that linger lovingly on the palate.
It is made by blending four different varieties of grape - Rondo, Dornfelder, Dunkelfelder and Pinot Noir. It is drinking well now at 16°C and will develop over the coming years. The Reserve is a perfect accompaniment to all meat and pasta dishes and an imaginative alternative to Claret.

Our Sauvignon Blanc has its own Characteristics. It is different to a French or New Zealand; it can only be described as wonderfully Cornish. A stark contrast to our core pinot noir, Nightjar, both in style and character, “Trouble Every Day” is made from a single pinot noir clone chosen for its exceptional flavour and structure. The grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard and transported to our Battersea winery. Fermented naturally in small open top fermenters and aged in Burgundy oak barrels.
The wine expresses autumnal fruits, such as blackberry, bramble, black cherries and intense spice notes. The wine is refined, yet has crunchy tannins and length. Unfined and unfiltered.

An unusual dry white wine with a sophisticated edge. Star-bright, medium intensity rose-gold with copper flashes.
Highly aromatic with orange blossom and tangerine peel plus attractive stone fruits including apricot and yellow nectarine. The palate is distinctly fruit-driven with vibrant flavours of greengage, quetsch and yellow plum, as well as top notes of kumquat and ruby grapefruit.
Uplifting freshness and juicy acidity combine to give a succulent mouth-watering wine with no trace of oak. Bursting with flavour, it combines rarity with food friendly versatility.

Golden yellow in colour, the nose is luxuriously rich and toasty with aromas of baked orchard and citrus fruits, reminiscent of caramelised tarte tatin. The ripe chardonnay from the endless summer of 2018 blends seamlessly with autolytic pastry notes formed over 5 years of lees ageing in bottle. On the palate, the wine is full of ripe citrus fruit with a backbone of crisp, mineral acidity holding everything together.
A slight salinity and pithiness in the mouth makes this wine perfect for enjoying with seafood such as oysters or even good old fish and chips. Drink from now or leave under cork for the next couple of years and let the wine become even toastier and more opulent.
