This is a first release of our 100% organic Chardonnay sparkling wine, made in a similar style to our Limney Estate, without yeast added (primary fermentation), unfiltered and with minimal added sulphur. It was fermented in stainless steel. The wine has a dry balance and aromas of white fruit (peach, baked apple) with a clean finish.

Smooth, lightly oaked & food-friendly dry white wine from 100% Pinot Blanc.
This well-rounded dry wine has aromas of pear with floral notes of lilac and jasmine and a hint of toastiness from a short time in oak. On the palate, it is plump and centred with a fresh finish.
A smooth texture and a long finish makes this Pinot Blanc a versatile wine for food pairing. Try a glass with roast chicken, mild cheeses, creamy pasta sauces and rich egg dishes like quiche lorraine. Albarino was planted by the Nicholas family here in Kent after many holidays in Galicia in Spain. In warm years such as 2022 is ripens with a high natural acidity and beautifully lean style which cannot be made anywhere else. Chapel Down were the first winemaker to produce an English Albariño.

Owned by Roger Zannier, Château Saint-Maur is one of the finest properties in Provence. A few kilometres from Saint-Tropez, Saint-Maur is one of only eighteen estates that have been awarded Cru Classé status in the region. The Clos de Capelune vineyard, on the heights of Collobrières, overlooks the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. At 449m of altitude, these are the highest vines in the Côtes de Provence appellation.

Davenport Redmoors Pinot Noir 2022 (6 Bottles) Rotherfield, East Sussex, England

Made from our organic Pinot Noir from the Redmoors vineyard, planted in 2016. It is a light red wine with typical varietal aromas of the grape variety, soft balance, complex with red berry fruit and great length of flavour. A whole berry ferment with 50% whole bunches included, aged in large oak vats for 9 months and then has a further 12 months maturing in the bottle.
