Boco by House Coren; a high-quality Charmat method sparkling wine made in West Sussex using top-quality grapes from England. An iridescent kaleidoscope of pale, white peach. Clear with ultra-fine bubbles. A taste of peaches, ripe pears, a hint of raspberry and a long, clean, citrus, and green apple finish.
A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir, fabulous with most dishes but especially good with shellfish, charcuterie, canapes and pizza. Also complex enough to hold its own as an aperitif.

The 2025 Red Hut Pinot Gris from Marlborough's Awatere valley is a vibrant and finely detailed expression of the variety. Aromas of freshly cut pear, lemon zest and white blossom lead into a palate that is both bright and textural. Notes of nashi pear, green apple and a hint of spice are supported by a subtle mineral edge. This Pinot gris finished long and clean, with a gentle savoury note that adds depth and complexity. A sophisticated dry rosé crafted from 55% Pinot Noir, 29% Pinot Précoce, and 16% Pinot Gris. This blend, featuring a fine Pinot Noir 779 clone and whole-bunch pressed, co-fermented Pinot Précoce and Pinot Gris, delivers a harmonious balance of elegance and complexity. With an alcohol content of 12%, refreshing acidity at 5.5 g/l, and minimal sugar (<1.0 g/l), it presents a beautifully clean profile.
On the nose, Dancer in Pink entices with vibrant aromas of ripe strawberries and delicate cherry blossom. The palate reveals a luscious medley of red fruits, enhanced by a creamy texture from full malolactic fermentation. Laid-back and approachable, yet irresistibly moreish.

Divico is a new grape variety in England specifically developed to create a rich, fruit-forward red wine in our cool climate. Our third harvest yielded 356 bottles. The wine is deep red in colour with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, tinned plums and sweet spice. The palate is full bodied with crunchy red fruit and vanilla toffee, polished tannins and a bright finish. Our winemaker thinks this wine is a 'bit of a cracker' with good potential to age.
This limited edition wine is hand labelled, individually numbered and signed. It comes in a gift bag with a detailed tech sheet.

Weingut Weszeli is located in Langenlois, a famous wine village located on the river Kamp where it winds its way down to the Danube at Krems. Here, there is a patchwork of Cru vineyards which have been instrumental in putting Austria on the map as a source of world-class white wines.
