As its name suggests this wine is made of selected base wines from multiple vintages to produce an approachable and immediately enjoyable style. Others call this style ‘non-vintage’ – we just prefer the name ‘multi-vintage’! The blend of this wine will vary slightly each year in order to maintain a consistent style, but it will typically be a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier and will undergo 3 years on-lees ageing.
Generous and soft on the palate, this wine is open and expressive, exhibiting delightful panettone-like aromas of sweet baked bread, dried apricots, nuts and candied citrus peels.

This Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc based sparkling wine is quintessentially English; an English garden in a glass! Makarounas Winery is a family winery located on the beautiful village of Letymbou, a region with a long tradition in vine growing. Letymbou is located 14 kilometres east of the city of Pafos, on the west coast of Cyprus, and the Makarounas family have a viticultural history dating back four generations in the region. Makarounas Winery has the privilege of being the only winery in Cyprus that sources grapes solely from their privately-owned vineyards. The winery produces wines of ample power but with excellent drinkability, with a focus on indigenous grape varieties of Cyprus and organic viticulture.
This 100% Xynisteri is own-rooted bush vines ranging from 20-101 years old. The wine bursts with the flavour of preserved lemons, seasalt, and fresh citrus.

A bold and ripe expression of Pinot Noir from the stellar vintage of 2022. Made from fruit harvested from Burgundian and German clones of Pinot Noir at Flint Vineyard and from Martin's Lane in the Crouch Valley, Essex.
Long standing followers of Flint will know that our popular red, Pinot Noir Précoce is made from an eagerly ripening ‘clone’ of Pinot Noir, but we also planted some special Burgundian ‘clones’ of Pinot Noir on our Brown’s vineyard site.
The Pinot Noir grapes on our own site, some of the oldest vines at Flint, were planted in 2016, this is the first time we’ve picked these grapes for making red wine.

Lyme Bay Shoreline 2022 (6 Bottles) Axminster, Devon, England

A fresh, complex, quintessentially English, dry white wine. An excellent match for seafood dishes.
Shoreline is a blend of beautiful cool climate varieties, with each of the parcels fermented separately with different yeast strains & temperatures to make several complex layers of flavours & aromas. Upon completion, the different vats were assessed for potential and characteristics, then blended together in the optimum proportions. The resulting Shoreline blend was aged for several months on fine lees to improve preserve freshness.
TASTING: Clear, pale lemon in colour.
NOSE: A complex floral nose with added hints of pineapple & lime.
PALATE: Well-balanced with crisp acidity & complex layers. Bright flavours of lemon and lime with a background of nettle, herbaceous notes.

This is a first release of our 100% organic Chardonnay sparkling wine, made in a similar style to our Limney Estate, without yeast added (primary fermentation), unfiltered and with minimal added sulphur. It was fermented in stainless steel. The wine has a dry balance and aromas of white fruit (peach, baked apple) with a clean finish.
