During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, and warm spices dance delicately, with a subtle hint of bitter orange peel lingering in the background. The deep ruby color of the wine is a feast for the eyes, inviting you to take a sip. On the palate, the Lustau Vermut Rojo NV offers a rich and velvety texture, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

This elegant wine boasts a light straw hue with delicate aromas of lemon zest, orange peel, and honeysuckle. On the palate, green apple and brioche are complemented by a hint of marzipan, culminating in a well-balanced, seamless finish with a fine, persistent mousse.
The 2019 vintage began with abundant sunshine, a record-hot Easter, and a warm, wet summer. Despite challenges, careful vineyard management yielded clean, flavourful grapes. The blend includes 11% barrel-fermented wine and 12% aged reserve wines, with four years on lees for added complexity. Perfect for celebrations, it pairs beautifully with canapés and laughter. A limited edition of 100 bottles. This is a pudding fizz made at Hattingley Valley and disgorged at Offbeat Wines by Daniel Ham, our winemaker. A demi-sec is created at dosage stage with extra sugar blended with the base wine. The wine has had 36 months on its yeast lees and then a further 6 months on cork in cellar.

Grown in Sussex, just 35 miles from our winery, the grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard. Whole bunch pressed and fermented using indigenous yeast in old burgundy barrels. The wine underwent natural malolactic fermentation and aged for a total of 7 months with frequent lees stirring. Our pinot meunier is a delicate interpretation of the variety lending itself to aromas of raspberry, mandarin peel, red floral notes, grapefruit, with hints of citrus zest, and dried cranberry.

The 2025 Red Hut Pinot Gris from Marlborough's Awatere valley is a vibrant and finely detailed expression of the variety. Aromas of freshly cut pear, lemon zest and white blossom lead into a palate that is both bright and textural. Notes of nashi pear, green apple and a hint of spice are supported by a subtle mineral edge. This Pinot gris finished long and clean, with a gentle savoury note that adds depth and complexity. This “field blend” wine showcases the unique terroir of Nutbourne - combining the soil, the geography and the climate of our special corner of West Sussex. There is no other wine in the world to replicate it.
With tremendous freshness and wild fruit flavours, it is crisp, dry, and aromatic, combining our old vine Riesling-style German varietals with Pinot Noir.
Perfect to drink on its own but also has enough zing to stand up to spicy foods, lighter game birds or a wholesome fish pie.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This painting depicts the striking double-curtain trellising system in Winter. The individual vine stands as a sculpture, a thing of beauty and nobility in its own right.

Long standing followers of Flint will know that our popular red, Pinot Noir Précoce is made from an eagerly ripening ‘clone’ of Pinot Noir, but we also planted some special Burgundian ‘clones’ of Pinot Noir on our Brown’s vineyard site.
The Pinot Noir grapes on our own site, some of the oldest vines at Flint, were planted in 2016, this is the first time we’ve picked these grapes for making red wine.

Light in alcohol but not in flavour, it shows delicate hints of red cherry, citrus and subtle mineral undertones, with a refreshing body. Zero sugar and vegan friendly.
Pinot Low is a delicious choice for any occasion, especially warm afternoons and fun picnics, allowing you to reduce your alcohol and calorie intake without sacrificing flavour.
This wine-based drink is made with early-picked Pinot Noir grapes, that have very low sugar levels and therefore, their final alcohol content is lower than usual. After crushing follows a short maceration on the skins to extract a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness.
The bottle has no plastic or metal capsule to avoid unnecessary packaging. A simpler look for a more sustainable future!
