An award winning Chardonnay, a perfect expression of a lightly oaked aromatic English Chardonnay.
The wine presents a light gold colour, a delicate bouquet of yellow plums naectarine, pear drops, gooseberry, honeysuckle and ripe figs and hints of vanilla and spice. Rich but balanced, soft and very approachable. A lovely creamy palate is developing with salinity and a long luscious finish.
2023 had perfect conditions for flowering and fruit set and a warm and dry harvest period the quality of the fruit was excellent and we harvested in early October.

A single variety, single vineyard wine that is produced in very limited quantities. On site at Melbury Vale Vineyard we have 500 established Seyval Blanc vines. Seyval blanc as a grape is ideal for the Dorset climate in that it is low maintenance and ripens beautifully. Come harvest, the bunches of grapes are large and have sugar levels perfectly aligned for producing traditional method sparkling wine. This wine is a pale golden color with fine bubbles typical of a high quality English sparkling wine. On the nose there are aromas of fresh citrus and ripe pear, and on the palate there are bright notes of green apple, elderflower, and meyer lemon.

Our signature kombucha, citrus cascade, gets most of its delicate flavour from our wonderful green teas but we also add cascade hops during the primary fermentation adding a citrusy note.
We brew using a bespoke blend of green teas from some of the best tea plantations in China, all ethically traded by our partners at rare tea company. They only work with farmers using organic principles who don’t use chemical pesticide or herbicides.
Our Kombucha is brewed and barrel-fermented in our nano brewery situated on Nania’s Vineyard in central Bristol, we have perfected a can-conditioning process and hand-can our kombucha in small batches. We make an authentic kombucha that is RAW and alive inside. It’s very much the real deal and we’re so confident in the provenance of our brew that we offer a S.C.O.B.Y guarantee. Isabel Estate is one of the original Marlborough vineyards with some of the oldest vines in the region on original rootstock. Throughout the 1980s the couple planted key noble varietals and began to deliver fruit of exceptional quality, in high demand from premium and internationally renowned wine producers. Under the leadership of Chief Winemaker Jeremy McKenzie, the winery continues to build its reputation for award winning Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir but is also producing world class Chardonnay. Recognised and awarded, the estate has won. All fruit is estate grown from the 54 hectares of vines, most of which are now organic.
This Sauvignon blanc has an alluring nose displaying notes of fresh passionfruit and citrus, with hints of lemongrass and stone fruit. The palate is concentrated and layered with bright citrus and tropical fruits giving way to a creamy mid palate and mineral finish. A perfect match with whole barbecued fish or freshly steamed mussels.

Domaine la Haute Févrie is found right in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, around 18km south-east of Nantes. The estate covers 30 hectares of vineyards divided into several plots, which sit on the piece of land that lies between the waters of the Sèvre and the Maine. All of the vines are managed with environmentally friendly priniciples. hand-harvesting, no chemical fertilizers and with yield control. The domaine create single vineyard Muscadet wines enabling the expression of each individual site in every bottle.
The wine is aged for seven months in stainless steel tank, preserving its freshness. Displaying classic citrus and marine aromas, zip and a subtle spritz it is ideal with bivalves (mussels, oysters, etc.)

Robbing Red Breast is a beautiful red wine produced from Rondo Red grapes.
