Biddenden Gribble Bridge Sparkling Rosé 2019 (6 Bottles) Biddenden, Kent, England

Produced from Pinot Noir and Reichensteiner in the traditional method, an off-dry sparkling rosé with blushing damask rose tones which come to life thanks to the inexhaustible stream of bubbles. The palate conjures up sweet summer fruit, think strawberry, raspberry & pear, with a half-squeeze of lemon.

A classic blend of chardonnay and pinot noir that exemplifies english finesse and balance. Pale gold with a delicate mousse, this traditional method brut has alluring aromas of crisp red apples, zesty citrus and gentle floral notes. A vibrant, pristine palate boasts citrus fruits, with savoury notes of brioche and baked apple, followed by a smooth elegant finish.

Deep Cherry red rose develops a splash of fruits and flavours of cherries and blackberries, herb, spice and dried Orange peel; it has refreshing strawberry aromas with notes of brioche , which become accentuated after time in the glass with a long fresh finish.
A blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier The grapes were pressed in a traditional Coquard press. After fermentation the base wines were kept separate and remained on their gross yeast lees over winter to develop additional complexity and richness. The base wines did not go through malolactic fermentation. Bottled in May 2016 the Rose was disgorged on September 2021 and has spent 63 months on the lees.

Natural fermentation, low alcohol dry white wine made from Seyval Blanc grapes from our vineyard in Pembrokeshire.
After a dry, hot summer the 2022 vintage of Naturiol was picked on the 28th October 2022.
It has been naturally fermented meaning no added yeast or sugar, no filtration or fining were used to avoid stripping out the flavour compounds.
On the nose the wine presents fresh and with notes of pear, marizpan and a slight touch of aniseed. On the palate it is light-textured yet brimming with crunchy orchard fruit, such as green apple and yellow pear. A soft mouthfeel, and a long, zingy aftertaste.
Made in Wales by David Morris at Mountain People Wine in Monmouthshire.

The wine presents a clear deep ruby colour with rich aromas of blackcurrant and morello cherries with hints of vanilla, prunes, and spice - pepper, coriander and cloves and a smokiness reminiscent of lapsang southong tea.
The wine is medium bodied with moderate tannins with smooth, subtle tannins and with notable freshness with a long finish.
This wine pairs well with duck, beef bourguignon, roasted chicken, hard cheese ans South Asian dishes.
