Hip Rosé 2022 is made from Pinot Noir grown at Off The Line vineyard. 2022 was a year that produced grapes of excellent quality. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed, aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with lees stirring.
It’s super pale in colour, dry and Provencal is style. Linear it yields stone fruit, redcurrant, savoury and floral tones with a refreshing finish.

The Verhaeghe family have been making wine in the Lot since the 1950s. Today it is Pascal and Jean-Marc in charge of the domaine, which is certified organic. Madeleine Angevine spontaneously fermented on skins for three weeks with indigenous vineyard yeasts for character, no filtration and matured under cork for two years. A unique expression of our flagship variety, with aromas of candied dried orange peel, dried flowers and honeysuckle. The palate is dry with grippy tannins and more orange peel flavours. This wine pairs perfectly with charcuterie, olives and mature cheeses. Do not chill too much and don't worry about the sediment, its natural and brings character to the wine.
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.

We are so thrilled to introduce our first ever Saffron Grange Blanc de Blancs; a style of wine that we personally love here and have wanted to showcase for a while. Due to a bumper crop of Chardonnay in 2021 we were able to finally achieve this and now it’s ready for you to get your hands on!
This signature vintage wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, gently pressed and then aged for a minimum of 26 months in bottle and on its’ yeast lees and was disgorged in the summer to allow the wine to fully integrate before its release.
This Blanc de Blancs is abundant with orchard fruits, apple blossom and candied lemon on the nose with delicate yuzu, white peaches and a hint of flaky pastry on the palate. The finish is long with an elegant, flinty minerality.
We recommend enjoying this wine chilled on its own as an aperitif or, with seared scallops, creamy chicken cooked in a white wine sauce or with artisanal British cheeses.
