This stunning single vintage traditional sparkling wine is our first 100% Chardonnay, Blanc de Blanc. Beautifully bright, with a pale yellow appearance and fine bubble structure, it is a perfect celebration drink.
Aromas of ripe apple, and citrus develop into a well rounded, soft palate. The wine has a lovely finish accentuated by an underlying brioche note.

Oastbrook Estate White Pinot Noir 2023 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

The wine presents a light gold colour, with subtle red fruit aromas strawberry and red cherries with a hint of acacia and black pepper, this leads to delicioulsy rounded succulent palate balanced by beautifully clean acidity. The wine somehow both cleanses and envelopes on the finish.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity. The wine was bottled in March 2024.

Named after the iconic Suffolk Pink colour, our signature sparkling rose is crafted in the traditional method, with a beautiful pale pink hue and a balanced, dry finish.
This English sparkling is on the dry side but balanced by a smooth mouthfeel and length. It has a pale pink rose colour, with a delicate floral nose. A creamy soft mousse, alongside raspberry and redcurrant fruit notes, make up this elegant sparkling wine.

Brimming with delicious summer berry and a zesty freshness, from clay Hush Heath vineyards are ideally suited to create this soft, delicate dry style – the character of the wine echoes the beautiful English summer fruit orchards which inspired it. With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. This Central Otago Pinot Noir has aromas of cherry, redcurrant and thyme are underpinned by hints of rose petal and subtle spice. Fine tannins frame the vibrant red fruit, savoury undertones and a touch of earthiness from the whole bunch. The wine is silky and layered in textures with the French oak lending structure and finesse. Bottled unfiltered for purity, expression and ability to age.
