During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
This pale golden-hued vermouth is a blend of carefully selected white wines, fortified with a touch of brandy and infused with a secret blend of botanicals. The nose is immediately greeted with intense aromas of dried herbs, citrus peel, and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of bitter almond. This Cabernet offers up everything you`d hunt for in Bordeaux, yet this red is from South Africa`s Hardenberg. Deep black in colour with cigar box, pencil shavings and truffle overlaying the ripe, rich red and black fruit beneath. Judicious use of oak and good acidity provides an impressive structure which this pure fruit clings to, offering lingering, fine tannins on the finish.

Natural fermentation, low alcohol dry white wine made from Seyval Blanc grapes from our vineyard in Pembrokeshire.
After a dry, hot summer the 2022 vintage of Naturiol was picked on the 28th October 2022.
It has been naturally fermented meaning no added yeast or sugar, no filtration or fining were used to avoid stripping out the flavour compounds.
On the nose the wine presents fresh and with notes of pear, marizpan and a slight touch of aniseed. On the palate it is light-textured yet brimming with crunchy orchard fruit, such as green apple and yellow pear. A soft mouthfeel, and a long, zingy aftertaste.

This sparkling rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes including some Pinot Précoce, a variety that ripens early which balances the acidity of the wine with ripe summer fruit flavours.

The wine presents a light peach skin, cherry hue with fragrant aromas of cherry, rasberry, ripe strawberries, peach skin and nectarine it follows through with a zingy mouthfeel of cranberry, lemon grapefruit and ripe breadfruit. It is well balanced with the intensity of fruit and creamy texture.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October this is a blend of pressed whole bunch and saignée from our 2022 red Pinot Noir. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity.
