After crushing follows a short maceration on the skins to extract a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness.
The bottle has no plastic or metal capsule to avoid unnecessary packaging. A simpler look for a more sustainable future!
