Monte del Frà (meaning ‘land of the monks’) gets its name from the late 15th century, when a group of Friars formed a monastery on the land. Some hundred years later, the friars leased 25 hectares for the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees. You can, in fact, still see this document today in the Vienna’s historic library. Fast forward several centuries, and Monte del Frà is now in the very capable hands of the Bonomo family. For over six decades the family have farmed this land, now resting firmly with the third generation; Marica, Silvia and Massimo Bonomo.
A light aromatic dry white made of 100% Garganega. It is fresh and delicate with notes of vine flowers, cherry blossoms and elderflowers.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a symphony of citrus and tropical flavours, bursting with energy and vibrancy. The nose is a riot of yellow grapefruit pith, green mango, and crushed lime leaf. On the palate, the flavours explode in a juicy mix of green melon, passionfruit, and guava, perfectly balanced by a succulent citrus acidity that leaves you wanting more. Domaine Deux Roches is based in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais, and is jointly owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray. Their 50 hectares of vineyards largely lie between the twin escarpments of Solutré and Vergisson and showcase the diverse terroirs of this region. The wines of Deux Roches are known for their drinkability and offer great value for money.
A multi award winning rich, full-bodied dry white wine from Burgundy. With notes of floral scents orange blossom, honeysuckle, and acacia flowers, fruity flavours of white peach, pear, green apple, golden apple, and apricot. Citrus lemon, earthy mineral and creamy oak notes followed by a long finish. Pair with white meats, charcuterie or medium mature cheeses.

Made entirely from our own grown Pinot varieties, this wine is a mix of 45% Pinot Noir (mix of clones), 40% Pinot Noir Precoce and 15% Pinot Meunier. With our warm summer of 2023 the result is an intoxicating aroma of red summer fruit produce.
On the mouth the first taste is distinctly of ripe raspberries and loganberries followed by pomegranate and perhaps some red currant. The wine leaves a smooth and rounded finish. This is well balanced and a delight to drink on a summer’s afternoon – with or without food!
