This sparkling rose wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate. It is made using the classic bottle fermentation method. It is bright pink in colour with a persistent bead. The wine has hints of pomegranates and red currants on the nose and the palate is crisp and refined, with flavours of red summer fruits.
Thaya Grüner Veltliner Selection 2022 (6 Bottles) Znojmo, Czech Republic

Nestled in the rain shadow of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the Znojmo sub-region of Moravia, sits Thaya. Winemaker Jakub Smrčka has been building the name for himself and for Thaya over these last few years. Having produced his first vintage in 2011, when he was only 20 years old, he came to Thaya passionate about the terroir of his homeland, his rule is simple yet bold: each vintage must be a little better than the previous one.
This Veltliner, crafted from granite bedrock, showcases a vibrant, greenish hue with golden highlights. The aroma is true to the variety, with prominent notes of citrus peel and white pepper. On the palate, the flavour mirrors the nose, balanced by a refreshing, juicy acidity. The wine has a long-lasting finish that invites continued enjoyment.

Gardner Street has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus, married with a touch of ripe stone fruit from the barrel fermented Chardonnay.
Sourced from vineyard partners in Essex and Kent we harvested the vineyard parcels separately and fermented as small lots to allow the expression of their respective sites to shine through. 30% of the blend was fermented in neutral 300L French oak barrels and
allowed to go through malolactic fermentation, while the remaining parcels were fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel and did not go through malolactic fermentation.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
This pale golden-hued vermouth is a blend of carefully selected white wines, fortified with a touch of brandy and infused with a secret blend of botanicals. Torri Cantine, producers of organic wine in Abruzzo for 60 years, has always made the respect for nature and for the land its priority. The radiant vine-covered hills of Torri Cantine express an infinite variety of scents and all the colours of the earth warmed by the sun. The Torri Cantine vineyards extend over 60 hectares in the municipalities of Colonnella, Controguerra and Torano, in the province of Teramo, from 100 to 300 meters above sea level. The favorable climatic conditions and the generous soil, together with the patient and scrupulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar, have made it possible to obtain wines of great value.
Colour is bright yellow, with a nose full of white flowers and light sensations of fruitness. Fresh, dry and lightly bitter at the end. Lovely with every seafood dish and cold pasta.
