he 2019 Blanc de Noirs is an almost equal blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier at 51% and 49% respectively, with a small addition of 3% reserve wine.
It was bottled in September 2020 and disgorged in November 2023, thus spending more than our minimum of three years on lees for our sparkling white wines. It has now spent over a year on cork, which has given us confidence, after tasting of course, that it is in a sweet spot and ready to be released and enjoyed.

Three Squirrels is a delightful blend of Müller-Thurgau, Huxelrebe, and Reichensteiner—three German grape varieties from vines planted over 25 years ago.
The wine offers a hint of Muscat’s characteristic sweetness, balanced beautifully by its crisp, refreshing acidity, making it irresistibly moreish. The 2013 vintage boasts impressive effervescence and vibrant character, a testament to the meticulous care behind its production. Its lively bubbles add to the charm, though opening it in the kitchen is recommended! This Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc based sparkling wine is quintessentially English; an English garden in a glass! A classic dry sparkling wine with a refined elegance. The colour is pale lemon straw with a steady stream of minute bubbles.
It has appealing floral aromas of apple blossom interlaced with ripe melon and constance pear plus a delicate thread of minerality. On the palate the fine mousse marries citrus flavours of grapefruit and Sicilian lemon with a crystalline structure and zesty acidity.
The autolytic character is subtle. It has excellent poise and a persistent finish.
