About Wayfarer Wines
A family-run vineyard in Kent founded by the Ashford family, our mission is to create exceptional English still wines. Our story began in 2016 when Jeff Ashford planted the first vineyard. Today, we manage two vineyards spanning over 8 acres, with plans to expand further.
We have Matt, Emma, Karen, Jeff and Linda Ashford as a team who are passionate about viticulture, top-notch customer service, tours, tastings and history!
Our Vineyard Dogs are Maple and English Springer Spaniel and vineyard companion and Clover who joined the team in 2022 and features on our Bacchus label.

This 2023 vintage shows all the benefits of the long hot summer in the UK last year and is slightly more rounded and nuanced than our previous vintages, with strong aromas of pear and gooseberry on the nose and palate and with a deliciously smooth finish.
