Margot is a meticulously crafted dry white wine, blending the vibrant characters of Phoenix, Serval Blanc, and oak-aged Solaris grapes. Named after our beloved grand-niece, this wine exudes the same depth, charm, and individuality that inspired its creation.

In the glass, Margot presents a pale lemon hue, shimmering with refreshing elegance. The nose unfolds with a captivating bouquet of ripe melon, juicy peach, fresh-cut grass, and delicate elderflower, promising a complex and alluring sensory experience.

On the palate, Margot delivers a harmonious medley of citrus notes complemented by the lush melon, peach, and elderflower nuances first hinted at on the nose. With a modest alcohol content of 11%, it maintains a light, breezy character while allowing its intricate flavour profile to shine.

Crisp acidity enhances the wine’s structure, balancing its vibrant fruitiness and adding a zesty lift that lingers on the palate. This refreshing texture makes Margot both delightful on its own and an excellent companion to food.

Pairing effortlessly with dishes like creamy chicken, pasta, or delicate fish, Margot also shines alongside white Stilton, where its fruity overtones beautifully complement the cheese’s creamy richness.

Elegant and full of personality, Margot is a standout among white blends—an ideal choice for elevating special moments or simply enjoying life’s finer pleasures. Raise a glass to Margot, a wine as joyful and distinctive as its namesake.

Foxbury Fields Bacchus 2021 (6 Bottles) Ledbury, Herefordshire, England

£91.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Foxbury Fields Bacchus is a pale lime green aromatic dry white wine. The wine offers complex aromas of elderflower layered with Kiwi, grass and a herbal overlay. Well balanced with length on the palate this is a classic English Bacchus.

Created in 1933 by viticulturalist Peter Morio by crossing Silvaner x Riesling with Muller-Thurgau varieties to create a grape that produces a fine white wine. Originating in Germany, Bacchus has increasingly been grown in the United Kingdom. The climate being colder means the grapes tend to have increased levels of acidity compared to their German counterparts, giving a new flavour take on a classic German grape by keeping the flavor from becoming too intense or sugary.
