Nutbourne Nutty Blush Pinot Noir 2018 (6 Bottles) Pulborough, West Sussex, England

A fabulous Classic Method vintage sparkling rosé wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. From the wonderful hot Summer of 2018, this is a complex dry wine with balanced fruit, fine mousse and a delicious biscuity finish. A sensational limited edition, perfect for a very special celebration, it has the wonderful blush colour that the French describe as 'oeil de perdrix' - pink as a partridge eye!
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs well with oysters, smoked salmon, quail eggs and canapés.

Pure apple juice from our orchard in the Weald of Kent and East Sussex, an area of outstanding natural beauty. We lovingly hand-pick each apple and send them off to the press where they are transformed into 100% pure apple juice with flavours of freshly baked apple pie in each glass.
Oxney Estate Organic Wines Chardonnay 2022 (6 Bottles) Rye, East Sussex, England

A Chardonnay that just keeps getting better and better! Fresh and bright on the nose and mouth, with lemon, citrus zest and a lovely savoury salinity. This Chardonnay is a real winner to enjoy on it’s own or alongside fish and chicken dishes served with creamy lemon and dill sauces. Is your mouth watering yet?
The fruit was picked mid October, de-stemmed and pressed with partial wild yeast fermentation with over 70% in oak barrels, 5.4% of it new, and the rest of the ferment in stainless steel.
The 2022 was one of those glorious wine grape growing years. Spring started out mild and frost free. Summer brought so much sun along with the heat and drought, the clay soils loved it! Autumn was kind enough to offer a bountiful harvest and perfect ripeness for our still wines.
