A delightfully vibrant, dry rosé packed with ripe summer fruits. It has a stunning crushed cranberry colour with long legs. It shows great depth of flavour and excellent vibrancy on the finish.
A very food friendly rosé which could accompany cured meats such as serrano ham, charcuterie, patés and terrines. also perfect served chilled with seafood such as prawns, langoustines, lobster, or fresh local crab. Also great paired with smoked salmon, line-caught seared tuna or swordfish.

Burnt House’s Chardonnay, aromas of orchard fruit, citrus and honeysuckle. Golden in colour with subtle hints of oak shows spice and a buttery finish. Burnt House Chardonnay can be paired perfectly with creamy cheeses or roast chicken with lemon, garlic and rosemary. 12.5%

This wine is a blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir from the 2023 vintage and has been crafted to create a light delicate, fresh but aromatic white blend that celebrates the very best of the North Downs.
The Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir were whole bunch pressed with the Chardonnay formed purely from the cuvee fraction of the whole bunch press. The Pinot Gris was crushed and destemmed with a 2-hour soak. There was an addition of tea leaf tannins to the tank fermented wine to reduce the amount of added sulphites. 24% of the Chardonnay was fermented and aged in barrel for six months and 10% of the Chardonnay came from our Chardonnay ‘solera’ reserve tank which we started in 2015

Yolande Beekman flew to NE France as a radio operator in September 1943. Unfortunately in January 1944 her transmissions were detected and she was captured and tragically executed at Dachau in September 1944.
