We are excited to bring back the second edition of our GMF, an early release, champagne method sparkling wine. Bottled under crown cap, we leave this opulent wine undisgorged, giving the benefit continued lees ageing in the bottle, adding to the texture and complexity. The wine spends a minimum of 6 months ageing on lees prior to bottling and secondary fermentation.

On the nose there are aromas of fresh summer berries and meadow flowers, and on the palate there are bright notes of ripe strawberry, watermelon, and lime zest.
