Founded in 1825, Champagne Joseph Perrier has been owned and run by the same family since 1888. The cellars stretch over three kilometres and date back to the Gallo-Roman period. Our Hambledon Zéro Dosage Rosé is produced exclusively from estate-grown Meunier grapes in the historic village of Hambledon in Hampshire.
Hambledon’s cool climate combined with ancient chalky soils creates an ideal terroir to show this grape’s true potential. This is a gastronomic Fizz, free from categorization, born from our winemaker’s artistry.
This is a fine example of the depth and complexity that Meunier can produce whilst showcasing an energy and freshness that can be independently served or paired with food throughout a meal.
A beautiful, vivid wild-strawberry pink with a hue of red onion skin on the rim. On the nose, magnolia blossom is followed stridently by perfumed wild-strawberry compote with hints of buttered white sourdough toast. El Convertido is based in the central Spanish region Castilla‑La Mancha, known as one of Spain’s largest and most important wine-producing areas. Its vineyards lie on the central plateau (the Meseta Central), a wide, relatively flat region at moderate altitude with hot summers and cold winters — ideal conditions for the varieties grown there. As part of the broader La Mancha D.O. zone, El Convertido shares in a viticultural tradition that spans hundreds of thousands of hectares of vineyards across Castilla-La Mancha.

The late-disgorged sibling to our original Oak Reserve. Extended lees ageing has mellowed and integrated the oak element, while enhancing complexity. A captivating wine, delivering both luxury and impeccable precision.
Small parcels of our home vineyard Chardonnay were carefully selected across three exceptional vintages and gently pressed in whole bunches. Predominantly barrel fermented in a combination of old and new, toasted
Burgundy and Loire oak barrels, a small selection of base wines also underwent malolactic conversion. Following secondary bottle fermentation in our naturally cool, underground cellars, our second-release Oak Reserve then spent 60 months on lees before disgorging, with six months on cork to complete its journey.

Plumpton Estate Brut Reserve is a powerful blend of Reising,
Seyval Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Regner. The base wine is
fermented in tank, then again once in bottle. This wine has
been aged for five years on lees to infuse pronounced
tertiary aromas. The unique blend of several varieties
produces a one-of-a-kind, alternative wine to traditional
method champagne varietal wines.
