Tenterden Bacchus is an ideal alternative to New World Sauvignon Blanc. A single estate Bacchus sourced from our home in Tenterden, Kent. This aromatic white wine has aromas of lime zest and elderflower. It's rich palate of juicy citrus fruits and a pure mineral finish displays the incredible versatility of the Bacchus grape.

A fabulous Classic Method vintage sparkling rosé wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. From the wonderful hot Summer of 2018, this is a complex dry wine with balanced fruit, fine mousse and a delicious biscuity finish. A sensational limited edition, perfect for a very special celebration, it has the wonderful blush colour that the French describe as 'oeil de perdrix' - pink as a partridge eye!
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs well with oysters, smoked salmon, quail eggs and canapés.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. This wine is a vibrant and seductive blend of flavours, with a nose that's bursting with juicy yellow peaches, sweet melon, and citrus zest, all entwined with delicate hints of frangipani and honeysuckle. From a cool vintage on the south-facing Clayhill vineyard in Essex, this is a more ethereal approach for the Battersea-based urban winery's signature Pinot Noir. Freshly picked hawthorn berry, raspberry and a hint of cedar. A lightweight palate of juicy red berries seasoned with sweet herbs, well balanced and delicate with a soft tannic grip. An elegant, refined summer drink.

Hungerhill Merstone Ortega 2023 (6 Bottles) Bedford, Bedfordshire, England

Our Ortega is made hand-picked grapes, harvested early October, the Ortega grapes from Kent started fermenting in our winery on the 6th of October. The pale yellow juice aged in a stainless steel tank and in a 3rd vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
This white wine starts with a floral and citrus nose. The palate has flavours of peach, citrus and flowers leading to a long finish.
Merstone Ortega pairs perfectly with seafood, fish and chicken dishes or can be enjoyed on its own.

Thaya U Chlupa Pinot Blanc 2023 (6 Bottles) Znojmo, Czech Republic

Nestled in the rain shadow of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the Znojmo sub-region of Moravia, sits Thaya. Winemaker Jakub Smrčka has been building the name for himself and for Thaya over these last few years. Having produced his first vintage in 2011, when he was only 20 years old, he came to Thaya passionate about the terroir of his homeland, his rule is simple yet bold: each vintage must be a little better than the previous one.
The wine presents a golden yellow hue and offers a wide array of aromas, including hints of baked bread crust and ripe yellow fruits, with a subtle note of honeycomb. On the palate, it is harmonious and mineral, showcasing a delicate touch of barrel ageing that adds depth to its flavour profile.

Showing a good balance between its light body and delicate bubbles, it is bright, slightly golden in colour with a good effervescence. Bright pear and gala apple flavours marry with light toasty notes of fresh bread dough on the palate for a refreshing experience. Harmonious and delicate with a great freshness. Delicious as an apéritif but also recommended with oysters and sushi and many other light fish dishes.
