A delightful dry blush rosé wine made from a combined pressing of our Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, with just enough skin contact to give a lovely pale pink hue. With geranium on the nose, it has a gentle wild strawberry acidity, soft citrus, redcurrant and floral herbaceous notes on the palate.
A wine for quaffing on a summer's afternoon in an English country garden with friends. Serve with hors d’oeuvres or light salads, such as smoked duck breast with white peaches. Perfect with a little caviar on dill blini.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This painting depicts the top of our Southdown vineyard with the windbreak line of poplar trees in midsummer. You can feel the heat haze running through the image, ripening and developing the flavours in the grapes.

A newly developed German variety, perfectly suited for organic cultivation in northern Europe, has produced a medium-dry white wine with pale gold hues. The wine offers notes of apricot and apple on the palate and has an 11% alcohol content.
The 2022 vintage has just arrived, crafted in partnership with a new winery. However, as the winemaking process was non-organic, this vintage will be offered exclusively to tour groups and will not be available for retail sale. Founded in 1825, Champagne Joseph Perrier has been owned and run by the same family since 1888. The cellars stretch over three kilometres and date back to the Gallo-Roman period. A brilliant, light-golden yellow hue with delicate copper highlights, offering an elegant visual allure. On the nose, it opens with a refined and subtle bouquet, revealing layers of apples, pears, and white peaches, gradually giving way to more exotic hints of pineapple. The palate is vibrant yet smooth, striking a harmonious balance between complexity, freshness, and body. Sandridge Barton Pinot Noir 2022 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England

This distinct Pinot Noir is the follow-up to the 2020 vintage which was awarded the Best Red Wine, Best Still Wine and Best Regional Wine in the UK at the 2023 WineGB awards. Hailing from the flawless 2022 vintage, this follow has already won Gold at the WineGB Awards before it was even released.
2022 was a long, dry and hot summer, with perfect ripening conditions here in our South Devon vineyard, with harvest taking place from mid-September to mid-October. All grapes were hand-picked and bought back to the winery, where we cold macerated them for two days, with 35% whole bunch and the rest crushed and de-stemmed before spontaneously fermenting on skins for 10-days. 35% of the wine was then matured in third and fourth-fill French oak barrels for between 18-24 months and some remained in stainless steel and was bottled without filtration.
The nose has elevated red fruit, wild strawberry, red currant, and cherry with a touch of spice and subtle oak. The palate is bright and concentrated with more red berries, that are then supported with a mouth-watering acidity, soft tannins and a long and complex finish.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a vibrant and seductive blend of flavours, with a nose that's bursting with juicy yellow peaches, sweet melon, and citrus zest, all entwined with delicate hints of frangipani and honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is rich and indulgent, with flavours of rock melon, pistachio, and lemon curd that are perfectly balanced by a zesty acidity. The texture is fine and chalky, adding a sense of elegance to the wine. The finish is savoury and lingering, with a satisfying length that leaves you wanting more.
