Jérémie Huchet is a fourth-generation winemaker making his mark in Muscadet. Having taken over the family estate in 2001, Jérémie immediately went about purchasing some fantastic vineyards (which now total 64 hectares), and is slowly converting everything to organic viticulture. His white and red Chapeau wines are young wines meant for easy pleasure, while the clean, mineral L`Innatendu Muscadet is an excellent introduction to Jérémie`s vineyards and winemaking style.
Its nose is floral and develops aromas of white fruits and dried apricot. The mouth is rich, generous and well structured. The mid-palate is round, ample and nice-balanced. The long finish has a smooth but spicy character.

Telmo Rodriguez is one of the most well-known personalities in Spanish winemaking. Though his family home is in Rioja Alavesa, Telmo’s influence can be felt in many regions of Spain. For more than 30 years, Telmo and his business partner, Pablo Eguzkiza, have been rediscovering historic vineyards and investing in infrastructure. Telmo and Pablo were one of the first modern-day winemakers to arrive in Valdeorras and helped bring attention to the incredible terraced vineyards of Ladeiras do Xil. This part of Galicia is the domain of Godello and Mencia, both varieties are often planted in tiny vineyard plots on granitic soils.
A clean, vibrant nose reveals lively aromas of green apple and pear, accented by subtle hints of fresh herbs. The palate is bright and balanced, with crisp acidity that brings harmony and lift. A gentle herbaceous note lingers on the finish, showcasing both depth and excellent varietal character.

Boco by House Coren; a high-quality Charmat method sparkling wine made in West Sussex using top-quality grapes from England. An iridescent kaleidoscope of pale, white peach. The 2018 vintage is dry, complex and starting to develop the classic "petrol" aromas associated with good Reisling and the lemon/lime is evolving into pink grapefruit. Pairs well with anything you would squeeze lemon on (oysters, perhaps?).
