Plumpton Estate Brut Rosé is made by the traditional method using a classic blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. grapes are hand-picked and fermented before our winemaker carefully crafts our signature blend with the help of wine students. The wine spends at least two years ageing on lees in bottle. A splash of red Pinot Noir wine is added to give it a vibrant pink colour.

This is quite possibly the best sparkling wine that we’ve made so far. The 2015 combines the richness of our 2013 and the crisp fresh side of 2014 a balance that gives the best of both worlds. The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .
It was disgorged in late 2019 after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.

This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Ortega. The varieties were fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the clean aromas and soft fruit notes and then blended to create this delicious single-vineyard estate white wine. This is a light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of apple, grapefruit, lime and stone fruits, as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish. Nestled in the rain shadow of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the Znojmo sub-region of Moravia, sits Thaya. Winemaker Jakub Smrčka has been building the name for himself and for Thaya over these last few years. Having produced his first vintage in 2011, when he was only 20 years old, he came to Thaya passionate about the terroir of his homeland, his rule is simple yet bold: each vintage must be a little better than the previous one.
This Veltliner, crafted from granite bedrock, showcases a vibrant, greenish hue with golden highlights. The aroma is true to the variety, with prominent notes of citrus peel and white pepper. On the palate, the flavour mirrors the nose, balanced by a refreshing, juicy acidity. The wine has a long-lasting finish that invites continued enjoyment.

Fresh and generous complexity in style, this traditional method wine has been aged for a minimum of 20 months on the lees bringing a robust depth with a lasting elegance to the wine.
