An off-dry English sparkling wine with refined fruit character. It has a pale golden hue with a steady stream of tiny bubbles.
Floral aromas of almond blossom and honeysuckle dance on the nose, with fragrant stone fruits including yellow nectarine and quince. It has the scent of summer meadows alongside attractive aromas of freshly baked shortbread and sweet brioche. The palate is off-dry with honeyed fruit, sweet apple compote and stewed medlar. It has a wonderful creamy mousse and a silky texture as smooth as panna cotta.
There are hints of frangipane and bakewell tart with a tasty layer of sweet almond paste running through it. It has balancing acidity to counteract the sweetness so the result is exquisitely off-dry with a lingering finish.
Perfect for celebrations such as christenings or a baby shower, or simply enjoy it with afternoon tea. Serve well-chilled in a flute alongside sweet canapés such as mini strawberry short-cake or individual fruit tarts. Also good with creamy fruit desserts such as summer trifle or panna cotta with a red berry coulis. Nestled in the rain shadow of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the Znojmo sub-region of Moravia, sits Thaya. Winemaker Jakub Smrčka has been building the name for himself and for Thaya over these last few years. Having produced his first vintage in 2011, when he was only 20 years old, he came to Thaya passionate about the terroir of his homeland, his rule is simple yet bold: each vintage must be a little better than the previous one.
The wine presents a golden yellow hue and offers a wide array of aromas, including hints of baked bread crust and ripe yellow fruits, with a subtle note of honeycomb. On the palate, it is harmonious and mineral, showcasing a delicate touch of barrel ageing that adds depth to its flavour profile.

A fabulous sparkling Blanc de Noirs with great depth of flavour.
The colour is lemon gold with a fine stream of tiny bubbles. Floral aromas of white iris & peony marry stone fruit and cherry on the nose with the mildest touch of vanilla and hazelnut.
The palate is fruit-driven with yellow peach, ripe quince and notes of medlar apple. It has exceptional balance and a persistent mousse with lingering citrus flavours alongside a lovely nutty, pistachio and almond finish.
Excellent served chilled with seafood crustaceans such as Dublin Bay prawns, langoustines or lobster.
Also good with tuna or swordfish. Try it with monkfish wrapped in parma ham. Pairs well with cold meats and mild charcuterie or terrines such as chicken and rabbit terrine. Perfect with beef carpaccio..

Settimo Pizzolato is the fifth generation of grower at the estate, a man full of charisma and innovative wisdom. The vines at the Pizzolato estate are on pebbly banks of river deposit, which are irrigated by concrete channels that were put in in the 1950s during Italy’s reconstruction post-war. The wines always deliver simple, fresh flavours and they always deliver consistent results, whether you are enjoying them in New York, Tokyo or Seattle.
Pale ruby red colour with a slight garnet hue. Aroma reminiscent of berries, blackberry, plum jam with notes of licorice. In the mouth the wine is delicate, fruity and typically acidulous. Its light tannin gives it a full and pleasantly long taste.

Boco by House Coren; a high-quality Charmat method sparkling wine made in West Sussex using top-quality grapes from England. An iridescent kaleidoscope of pale, white peach. This Library Release wine has been gently maturing in our cellars. A Pinot Noir-dominated blend from a cool vintage, this wine is elegant and nuanced with layers of complex flavours. The overall impression is bright and vibrant. Notes of red currant, red fruits and orange zest sitting alongside cloves, cherry bark and a delicious succulent apricot note. The finish is complex and long.
Every year, we release a small number of late-disgorged wines. These are particularly luxurious and fine thanks to a special winemaking technique.
If you’re already familiar with Dom Perignon’s Plénitude or Bollinger’s RD, then you know the magical combination of freshness allied with delicious flavours of brioche, cream, butter and toast that characterise late-disgorged wines.
But how does this kind of ageing alchemy happen? The answer lies in the lees.
Isabel Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2024 (6 Bottles) Marlborough, New Zealand

Isabel Estate is one of the original Marlborough vineyards with some of the oldest vines in the region on original rootstock. Throughout the 1980s the couple planted key noble varietals and began to deliver fruit of exceptional quality, in high demand from premium and internationally renowned wine producers. Under the leadership of Chief Winemaker Jeremy McKenzie, the winery continues to build its reputation for award winning Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir but is also producing world class Chardonnay. Recognised and awarded, the estate has won. All fruit is estate grown from the 54 hectares of vines, most of which are now organic.
This Sauvignon blanc has an alluring nose displaying notes of fresh passionfruit and citrus, with hints of lemongrass and stone fruit. The palate is concentrated and layered with bright citrus and tropical fruits giving way to a creamy mid palate and mineral finish. A perfect match with whole barbecued fish or freshly steamed mussels.

Heartland Wines is a joint venture from industry veterans and lifelong mates Ben Glaetzer (of Glaetzer Wines fame) and Nick Keukenmeester in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. From its inception in 1999, Heartland’s ethos has been to create wines of balance, texture and a distinctive Australian identity. Sustainability is the cornerstone of Heartland’s approach to viticulture. they encourage plantings of indigenous trees, grasses and bushes, practice rational water management, and eschew chemical treatments in the vineyards. They even have a herd of goats to keep the weeds down.
Vermentino originally hails from Italy's Liguria region and the Mediterranean Island of Sardinia. It has been grown in Langhorne Creek for around 30 years. Langhorne Creek is an ideal location for Vermentino with our maritime conditions. Look for a refreshingly aromatic and bright wine full of citrus, pear and lemon peel. Heartland Vermentino has a sea spray character that the wine is known for, with a mouth-watering, zesty, long finish.
