100% Pinot Noir
A concentrated and polished English Pinot Noir from our Sussex vineyards. The 2023 vintage is a classic: juicy, crunchy, vibrant and all held in an elegant structure.
Juicy, crunchy, vibrant Pinot Noir all held in an elegant, very ‘classic’ structure. Concentrated brambles (blackberry) and black cherry, damson fruit overlaid with quintessential Pinot perfumed aromatics and subtle dry spice. Subtle fennel and violet give further aromatic complexity and intrigue.
Medium-light, chalky tannins give the wine great texture, acidity is refreshing but well-integrated and harmonious. Long, complete finish with all components pulling-together to the end.
The Burgundy clones used lend this wine perfumed aromatics and subtle dry spice. At home alongside seasonal game or earthy, slow-cooked vegetarian dishes. Suitable to drink now but has potential to age for a further five years.

Llanerch's Hâf, Welsh for 'Summer', is a delightful tribute to the sunniest season. Crafted from the luscious Richensteiner grape, this wine's fermentation is meticulously halted early to preserve its natural sweetness.
On the nose, it offers an enchanting bouquet of sweet peach,ripe apricots, and a whisper of orange blossom. The palate isa gentle dance of low acidity, combining the richness of stone fruits with the playful taste of candied apple. Concluding with a medium finish, Hâf is the quintessential companion for a serene summer evening, offering a taste of easygoing sweetness that’s perfect for relaxation or pairing with light, summery dishes.
Flint Vineyard Bacchus Fumé 2023 (6 Bottles) Bungay, Norfolk, England

Ripe, fleshy pear and English apple on the nose with hints of violets and turkish delight. The palate is soft and textured but also fresh and crisp.
A generous length of pink grapefruit, almonds and biscuit pastry rounds off this complex wine.
The fruit was harvested by hand from our own vines and a parcel from Martin's Lane Vineyard in the Crouch Valley, Essex. To express the complexity of the Bacchus grape, we use a multitude of techniques that respect both the traditional and more novel methods of winemaking.

However, as the winemaking process was non-organic, this vintage will be offered exclusively to tour groups and will not be available for retail sale. This is a first release of our 100% organic Chardonnay sparkling wine, made in a similar style to our Limney Estate, without yeast added (primary fermentation), unfiltered and with minimal added sulphur. It was fermented in stainless steel. The wine has a dry balance and aromas of white fruit (peach, baked apple) with a clean finish.
