Coolhurst Demi-Sec Rosé Vintage 2017 (6 Bottles) Horsham, West Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED
2017 was a cracking vintage for Pinot Noir. A pale salmon colour with a fine mousse, this is a off-dry wine. The sweetness is subtle, carried by bags of red fruit, cranberries, rhubarb and strawberries on the front palate, and pronounced Pinot Noir character on the finish.
The profile is a natural partner for desserts and provides a wonderful counter to rich salty foods, cheeses and even spice.
This is an extremely limited production of less than 1200 bottles. Our first release, the 2016, sold out in under 3 weeks following a silver medal at The Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships 2020! This 2017 scored 91 points in the Tim Atkin MW England 2022 Special Wine Report, described as “expansive, subtle with herbal, raspberry and blossom notes, it continues to be the afternoon-tea wine of choice!”
We are very proud to get that level of recognition.

Col Fondo is a traditional Italian natural re-fermentation process in bottle: ‘Con il fondo’ translates literally to ‘with the bottom’ meaning sediment or lees is present; so if this bottle has been travelling we suggest you stand it up on it’s bottom in the fridge to rest a while before opening.

The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .

Black Chalk Classic Sparkling White 2021 (6 Bottles) Andover, Hampshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A sophisticated blend of 50% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir, and 12% Pinot Meunier, this wine embodies elegance and precision. The Chardonnay-led profile delivers a vibrant fruit focus, while a touch of malolactic fermentation adds a layer of richness and texture, perfectly balanced by the wine’s hallmark freshness.
