A stunning new addition to our collection, Old Oaks is a Phoenix-based sparkling wine crafted using the traditional bottle-fermentation method, with 12 months of aging on its lees. It entices the senses with delicate floral aromas, complemented by notes of brioche and white stone fruits.
On the palate, the wine delivers a luxurious, creamy mousse balanced by bright, refreshing acidity. Perfectly versatile, this sparkling wine pairs beautifully with canapés and blue cheese, making it an exceptional choice for celebrations.
The name Old Oaks pays homage to the ancient oak tree that stands sentinel by our Doehole vineyard, symbolizing our commitment to sustainability. A nod to our regenerative farming practices and the Pocket Rainforest project is proudly featured on the label, with proceeds supporting our dedication to land stewardship.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, and warm spices dance delicately, with a subtle hint of bitter orange peel lingering in the background. The deep ruby color of the wine is a feast for the eyes, inviting you to take a sip. Our 2020 vintage traditional method Welsh sparkling wine, made from a blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir, grown in our family-run, low-intervention vineyard in Pembrokeshire. With a fine mousse, notes of orange blossom, white fruits and honey. The wine is enriched by 36 months of ageing on lees, giving a long finish of freshly baked brioche.

This is the first sparkling wine in our Sandridge Barton range, and it has certainly hit the ground running, winning a 'Master' medal at the Global Sparkling Wine Awards 2023 and is one of only 7 wines to achieve this top award out of 230 entries.
Made with 100% Pinot Noir from the best parcels, it's fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts in second fill French oak barrels where it spends a further 10 months on gross lees. We bottled this wine for second fermentation in June 2021, where it spent a further 18 months on the lees in bottle. We disgorged this wine with no dosage added, so it comes in at 0 g/l of residual sugar.
Raspberry gold in colour, with delicate aromas of rhubarb, fresh orchard fruits and cooked apple. The palate is dry, with delicate tart red berry flavours and subtle autolytic characters of baked bread and puff pastry. This leads you into a long finish lifted by the ripe and fruit-driven acidity.
