Amber Valley Pinot Noir Précoce 2023 is an exceptional expression of Midlands-grown Pinot Noir Précoce, crafted as a collaborative masterpiece between Amber Valley Wines and talented winemaker Jack Abbotts at Three Choirs Vineyard.
It displays a vibrant ruby hue with garnet reflections. The nose is elegant and aromatic, showcasing morello cherries, ripe red fruits, and a subtle hint of blackberries. Delicate spiced notes of allspice and vanilla emerge, layered with earthy undertones that hint at its barrel maturation.
On the palate, the wine is beautifully balanced, with a soft, velvety texture and graceful tannins. The red fruit core is complemented by gentle spice and a whisper of oak-driven vanilla. The acidity is well-integrated, offering freshness while supporting the wine’s structure.

With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. The 2025 Red Hut Pinot Gris from Marlborough's Awatere valley is a vibrant and finely detailed expression of the variety. Aromas of freshly cut pear, lemon zest and white blossom lead into a palate that is both bright and textural. Notes of nashi pear, green apple and a hint of spice are supported by a subtle mineral edge. This Pinot gris finished long and clean, with a gentle savoury note that adds depth and complexity. Bodegas Frontonio is the passion project of Fernando Mora MW and oenologist Mario López. The winery is named after Saint Frontonio, the Patron Saint of the village. According to legend, Frontonio was beheaded by the Romans, his head found upstream after it had been thrown into the Ebro. Going against the current is at the heart of this project, hence the name Frontonio.
Pale lemon. Aromas of white blossom, lime peel and herbal notes. It offers a refreshing acidity and a moderate body in mouth. Precise and clean.

A precise and elegant rosé English strawberry fruit notes. Subtle lemon-balm and nettle aromatics. Great firm structure at it’s core. It’s light frame holds a great intensity of fresh flavour, revealing itself over time in the glass.
A precise and elegant still Rosé with floral aromas on the nose and juicy cranberry, fresh strawberries and cream on the palate; a quintessential expression of an English summer. Meunier led-blend, whole bunch pressed to extract delicate creamy texture. Delicious on it’s own or with light salads.

After the bold, broad, and almost brutish 2018 release, the 2019 is cut from a different cloth. A cooler and less abundant year suited the Pinot considerably better than the Chardonnay.
80% of this wine is fermented using natural wild yeast in a selection of different-sized oak barrels. It certainly has that signature Pinot intensity but is wrapped in an elegant and refined structure that is a hallmark of 2019. For those who remember 2015, this is very similar in structure and a wine that continues to develop a singular identity that makes it stand out from the crowd, no doubt our most complex wine to date.
