This is quite possibly the best sparkling wine that we’ve made so far. The 2015 combines the richness of our 2013 and the crisp fresh side of 2014 a balance that gives the best of both worlds. The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .
It was disgorged in late 2019 after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.

Bursting with fresh, ripe orchard fruits, this wine is crisp and refreshing with tongue-tingling flavours throughout. It pairs wonderfully with pork or chicken but is also tremendous as an aperitif.

Following on from the success of our medal winning 2021 vintage we have produced the same style of wine from our hand harvested Solaris, fermented and aged in stainless steel with seven months of lees aging and batonnage to help enhance the palate and mouthfeel with aromas of citrus and floral notes. Toppesfield Pinot Rosé is a dry, Provençal style rosé with hints of English strawberries and citrus. Our first Première Cuvée Rosé is a blend based on the 2016 harvest. The style is a more vinous and gastronomic version of rosé based on the saignée method. A longer lees ageing – the wine was bottled in 2017 and disgorged in 2022 – gives the depth and complexity worthy of our Première range.
The colour is a delicate strawberry pink, with just a suggestion of bronze and onion skin. The bouquet springs from the glass, immediate and assertive, rich with sweet summer raspberry fruit and subtle autumnal blackberry.
Albury Estate Classic Cuvee (6 Bottles) Guildford, Surrey, England

This classic cuvée of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier has all the hallmarks of a fine sparkling wine. Subtle fruit on the nose, predominately red berries from the Pinot, a little light citrus from the Chardonnay, and a hint of peach is backed up by a really long, mouth-filling palate that lingers and satisfies. Fresh and lively, the ripe acidity is complimented by a subtle sweetness, which pleases the senses.
