An exciting ruby red medium-bodied English wine. Dedham Vale Reserve yields inviting red berry aromas while developing complex flavours of redcurrants, raspberries and liquorice, leavened by gentle tannins from time spent ageing in French Limousine oak barrels that linger lovingly on the palate.
It is made by blending four different varieties of grape - Rondo, Dornfelder, Dunkelfelder and Pinot Noir. It is drinking well now at 16°C and will develop over the coming years. The Reserve is a perfect accompaniment to all meat and pasta dishes and an imaginative alternative to Claret.

Originally from the German region of Pfalz, Bacchus was created in the 30s as a cross between Silvaner, Riesling and Müller-Thurgau. Anthonij Rupert Wyne was founded on the farm, L’Ormarins in Franschhoek. Originally owned by the late Anthonij Rupert, who passed away in 2001, the farm was eventually taken over by his brother Johann Rupert in 2003 and the brand named after him. It was Johann Rupert who constructed a state-of-theart winemaking facility, catapulting the farm into a prestigious wine estate. The focus is on terroir specific wines and therefore it would seem obvious that the brand is made up of an impressive portfolio of farms representing the best in grape producing locations. The portfolio is made up of L’Ormarins from Franschhoek, Rooderust from Darling, Riebeeksrivier from the Swartland and Altima from isolated Elandskloof. Each site offers optimum varietal specific growing conditions, allowing Anthonij Rupert Wyne to adhere to the requirements of their different brands.
This wine offers a complex bouquet of fruitcake, cedar, cocoa, and a delicate hint of dried lavender. On the palate, it is broad, fleshy, and succulent, delivering the same depth of flavour promised by the nose. The spice-infused cedar combines beautifully with rich dark fruitcake notes. The texture is wonderfully soft, rounded, and silky, showcasing cohesion and refinement. It possesses impressive density and concentration without feeling overpowering, and the oak influence from maturation is seamlessly integrated.

A deeper layer of dark chocolate and cocoa adds depth, lifting the wine beyond the ordinary.

Domaine Deux Roches is based in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais, and is jointly owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray. Their 50 hectares of vineyards largely lie between the twin escarpments of Solutré and Vergisson and showcase the diverse terroirs of this region. The wines of Deux Roches are known for their drinkability and offer great value for money.
A multi award winning rich, full-bodied dry white wine from Burgundy. With notes of floral scents orange blossom, honeysuckle, and acacia flowers, fruity flavours of white peach, pear, green apple, golden apple, and apricot. Citrus lemon, earthy mineral and creamy oak notes followed by a long finish. Pair with white meats, charcuterie or medium mature cheeses.

This sparkling rose wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate. It is made using the classic bottle fermentation method. It is bright pink in colour with a persistent bead. The wine has hints of pomegranates and red currants on the nose and the palate is crisp and refined, with flavours of red summer fruits.
Sandridge Barton Blanc de Noirs 2020 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England

This is the first sparkling wine in our Sandridge Barton range, and it has certainly hit the ground running, winning a 'Master' medal at the Global Sparkling Wine Awards 2023 and is one of only 7 wines to achieve this top award out of 230 entries.
Made with 100% Pinot Noir from the best parcels, it's fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts in second fill French oak barrels where it spends a further 10 months on gross lees. We bottled this wine for second fermentation in June 2021, where it spent a further 18 months on the lees in bottle. We disgorged this wine with no dosage added, so it comes in at 0 g/l of residual sugar.
Raspberry gold in colour, with delicate aromas of rhubarb, fresh orchard fruits and cooked apple. The palate is dry, with delicate tart red berry flavours and subtle autolytic characters of baked bread and puff pastry. This leads you into a long finish lifted by the ripe and fruit-driven acidity.
