Made exclusively in years of optimal weather conditions, this vegan-friendly wine brims with vibrant aromas of cherry and plum, complemented by delicate floral hints of violet.
A gentle touch of oak adds depth to its smooth, refined palate. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, it offers an approachable and versatile profile, perfect for enjoyment in any season.
Plumpton Estate Medium Sweet Ortega 2021 (6 Bottles) Plumpton, East Sussex, England

The Ortega grapes are hand-harvested and transported to the winery where they are destemmed, crushed, and pressed. The ferment was tasted daily and stopped at desired residual sugar level by chilling and filtering. The yeast was specially selected and was a sweet wine yeast Zymaflore ST. This yeast is susceptible to cold shock, making it easy to stop the ferment.
An aromatic medium sweet wine, well balanced with uplifting aromas of peach, gooseberry and elderflower.

At the Wine GB East 2022 Awards, Dedham Vale Vineyard 2018 Sparkling Brut was awarded a Silver Medal in recognition of its outstanding quality.
This Brut Sparkling wine is made using the methode champenoise. It has spent time on its lees generating a refreshing lively mousse (the French term for the bubbles that rise to the top of a sparkling wine), good depth on the palate with attractive fresh fruit flavours and yeasty overtones.
Pristine with persistent bubbles and cream texture. Toast and citrus fruit with balsamic notes. Very long fresh gooseberry finish.
