Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, and warm spices dance delicately, with a subtle hint of bitter orange peel lingering in the background. The deep ruby color of the wine is a feast for the eyes, inviting you to take a sip. Heartland Wines is a joint venture from industry veterans and lifelong mates Ben Glaetzer (of Glaetzer Wines fame) and Nick Keukenmeester in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. From its inception in 1999, Heartland’s ethos has been to create wines of balance, texture and a distinctive Australian identity. Sustainability is the cornerstone of Heartland’s approach to viticulture. they encourage plantings of indigenous trees, grasses and bushes, practice rational water management, and eschew chemical treatments in the vineyards. They even have a herd of goats to keep the weeds down.
Sposa e Sposa translates from Italian as Spouse and Spouse and refers to the marriage of varietals, Dolcetto and Lagrein. A core of intense cherry red recedes to a bright crimson rim in the glass. Aromas of summer rose garden complement the foundation of plums, blueberry and blueberry. The pleasantly savoury palate is made up of blueberry and blackberry with a hint of wild liquorice on the finish. The mouthfeel is soft and forward, with a long finish. This can be enjoyed at cellar temperature in the cooler months or chilled down for summer drinking.

Domaine Chignard farms 8 hectares of old vines in Fleurie, situated at the top of the hill sloping down to Moulin-àVent on pure granitic soils. The wines are elegant but serious and concentrated expressions of the terroir, none more so than the ‘Les Moriers’ lieu-dit. Cédric is following in his father’s footsteps and continuing the traditional Beaujolais way of farming and winemaking.
Bright, focused, and energetic, the fruit-filled Fleurie "Les Moriers" reflects its outstanding terroir with good concentration and a superb depth not usually found in the wines of Fleurie. It's very lush and vivid, tasting generous and fluid with great vibrancy The vines average 80 years old and 'Les Moriers' has been known as one of the legendary vineyards of the Beaujolais for a few hundred years and this is it's best example.

An elegant. smooth red with an air of sophistication. Very pale ruby with a few fine legs. It has an appealing floral scent of peonies and violet that mingle with soft ripe summer fruits including red cherry, plum and raspberry plus a subtle hint of vanilla and mildly toasted notes. The palate is vibrant and bursting with bright, juicy red fruits such as strawberry, morello cherry, redcurrant and rosehip.
It is wonderfully smooth with silky tannins that melt into the wine and savoury undertones that give it depth of flavour. This delicious Pinot Noir shows excellent balance with uplifting freshenss and seamless integration of a trace of oak plus lingering finish.
