It has a toasty savouriness with the well-judged intensity of pastry and biscuit never overwhelming the elegant fruit. On the palate it has wonderful concentration and acidic structure. The 2018 vintage is dry, complex and starting to develop the classic "petrol" aromas associated with good Reisling and the lemon/lime is evolving into pink grapefruit. Pairs well with anything you would squeeze lemon on (oysters, perhaps?).
