Domaine Jean Foillard wines enjoy cult-like status. Early on, Jean began to follow the teachings of Jules Chauvet, a traditionalist who defied everything that the more commercial brands were touting in the region. Jean and three other local vignerons, Marcel Lapierre, Jean-Paul Thévenet, and Guy Breton, soon joined in on the movement. The wines are a true and natural expression of Morgon with access to the very best vineyards in one of the most renowned areas of the appellation, the ‘Côtes du Py’, and 60-year-old vines, Jean`s wines are full of life and character and show incredible depth and purity.
The Morgon Cuvee Classique is ruby red with a robust nose of complex red and black fruit aroma, as well as earthy notes. On the palate, it is similarly layered. sour cherry, black plum, dried flower and leather, with great depth and a lengthy finish. This is a lighter style of wine that nevertheless offers wonderful complexity and depth.

Nutbourne Pinot Noir 2020 (6 Bottles) Pulborough, West Sussex, England

A limited edition still wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. This is a youthful and fruity red, with ample black cherry and plum, rounded out with some gentle spice. A portion of this wine was aged in French oak for six months to add depth to the lighter Burgundy style.

Monte del Frà (meaning ‘land of the monks’) gets its name from the late 15th century, when a group of Friars formed a monastery on the land. Some hundred years later, the friars leased 25 hectares for the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees. You can, in fact, still see this document today in the Vienna’s historic library. Fast forward several centuries, and Monte del Frà is now in the very capable hands of the Bonomo family. For over six decades the family have farmed this land, now resting firmly with the third generation; Marica, Silvia and Massimo Bonomo.
A lightly aromatic dry white wine. Straw yellow, with pale green highlights. Fruity, white flowers and green apple. Flavour Dry, tangy and well-balanced.

Makarounas Winery has the privilege of being the only winery in Cyprus that sources grapes solely from their privately-owned vineyards. Torri Cantine, producers of organic wine in Abruzzo for 60 years, has always made the respect for nature and for the land its priority. The radiant vine-covered hills of Torri Cantine express an infinite variety of scents and all the colours of the earth warmed by the sun. The Torri Cantine vineyards extend over 60 hectares in the municipalities of Colonnella, Controguerra and Torano, in the province of Teramo, from 100 to 300 meters above sea level. The favorable climatic conditions and the generous soil, together with the patient and scrupulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar, have made it possible to obtain wines of great value.
Colour is pale yellow with golden reflections, while the nose is floral with ripened yellow fruit, Fresh and rich in minerality and persistence. Lovely with fish and fresh or medium-aged cheese.
