This vintage Blanc de Blancs from the fabulous 2018 harvest is only the third to be produced by Balfour in its 20-year history. A style which requires the very best conditions and ripest of fruit.
Tasting Note: Brilliant white gold, with a fine sustained bead and mousse. Clean and fresh with a touch of autolysis, white pepper and dried herbs.

Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
This wine displays a light straw yellow colour, hinting at its bright and refreshing character. The nose is fresh and fruity, with delicate aromas of wildflowers and fresh fruit that create an inviting bouquet. On the palate, it offers a crisp and well-balanced profile, marked by a subtle touch of minerality. Olivier comanaged Domaine Leflaive with his uncle Vincent through the 1980s and then with his cousin Anne-Claude in the early 1990s. It was at this time that he established Olivier Leflaive Frères. Olivier Leflaive has since acquired an enviable 15 hectares of vines across Puligny, Chassagne and Meursault.
Les Sétilles has a bright bouquet of apples and summer flowers with lively citrus and white peach flavours, and a refreshing mineral note on the finish.
