It has a lively pour and excellent clarity. Citrusy and fresh with notes of peach, apricot, apple pastry, and minerality freshness with white florals on the nose. The traditional method provides a touch of cream and brioche-like savouriness.

Everflyht Blanc de Noirs 2020 is a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunière; hand-picked from our single estate vineyard. The grapes are handcrafted in the winery to produce a wine that tells the story of not just the vintage but of the varietals as well. This traditional method wine has been aged on the lees for 33 months. The wine has a delicate golden straw colour and is complex in style with a fruit forward profile of ripe strawberries giving way to complex buttery pastry notes with a lasting warm finish of spice.

The wines of Deux Roches are known for their drinkability and offer great value for money.

Isabel Estate is one of the original Marlborough vineyards with some of the oldest vines in the region on original rootstock. Throughout the 1980s the couple planted key noble varietals and began to deliver fruit of exceptional quality, in high demand from premium and internationally renowned wine producers. Under the leadership of Chief Winemaker Jeremy McKenzie, the winery continues to build its reputation for award winning Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir but is also producing world class Chardonnay. Recognised and awarded, the estate has won. All fruit is estate grown from the 54 hectares of vines, most of which are now organic.
This Pinot Noir is a mesmerising ruby-red hue sets the stage for an aromatic experience that unfolds with a symphony of wild flowers, fragrant violets, and lively red cherry notes. The palate reveals rich flavours, with the essence of black cherry, and dried herbs weaving together seamlessly. Sinewy tannins, expertly integrated French oak, and a thoughtful blending process result in a wine with a prolonged and seductive finish. This wine is a symphony of citrus and tropical flavours, bursting with energy and vibrancy. The nose is a riot of yellow grapefruit pith, green mango, and crushed lime leaf.
