This crisp, Traditional Method sparkling wine has notes of lily flower, basil and ripe lemon on the nose. On the palate, the wine is light and bright with notes of quince and a fresh pear drop finish.
Food Pairing:
LiveLoveLaugh sparkling Pinot Gris, with its coveted acidity pairs well with rich butter-laden foods like rich soft cheese and creamy sauces. Its crispness also makes it an ideal partner for shellfish like prawns, oysters and fried calamari as well as a smoked salmon blini.

Colour: Deep, intense red with purple/violet hues.
Nose: Intense aromas of purple fruits and violets, with notes of white flowers and black fruits, plus hints of white pepper and clove and subtle vanilla from oak.
Palate: A smooth, silky entry with rounded, well-integrated tannins, balanced structure and refreshing acidity. Fruit flavours of blackberries and raspberries carry through, complemented by delicate wood and spice, with a long finish that some tasters note as touched by liquorice.
Style/Origin: A single-varietal Malbec sourced from three Uco Valley sites (Altamira, Vistalva/Vistaflores and Gualtallary), aged around 12 months in French oak.
Pairing: Grilled red meats, stews, and mature cheeses.

A subtle oxidative style of sparkling wine produced in the traditional method and matured on the lees for 20 months. We have built more complexity into the base wine, maturing in French oak and on the lees prior to bottling, which offers up a more savoury style of English sparkling wine.
The colour has an amber hint in the glass and aromas of baked red apple, sultana, caramel and lemon rind. The palate is dry and has flavours of red apple and toasted baking spice, with a focussed acidity, soft lees tannin and delicate mousse.

This is all part of the wine style and adds an interesting complexity and mouth feel

This is a first release of our 100% organic Chardonnay sparkling wine, made in a similar style to our Limney Estate, without yeast added (primary fermentation), unfiltered and with minimal added sulphur. Bodegas Frontonio is the passion project of Fernando Mora MW and oenologist Mario López. The winery is named after Saint Frontonio, the Patron Saint of the village. According to legend, Frontonio was beheaded by the Romans, his head found upstream after it had been thrown into the Ebro. Going against the current is at the heart of this project, hence the name Frontonio.
Pale ruby red. Wild strawberries, violet flower and oregano. Fresh, pure, bright and firm. A sincere and intense Garnacha.
