Each year 400kg of fruit were whole bunch pressed and allowed to ferment spontaneously. In 2021 the fermenting juice was added to the existing base wine and bottled when the correct sugar level was reached. No additions were made at any point during the process. Disgorged with zero dosage.

This latest limited-release Seyval Blanc Reserve displays aromas of of honeysuckle, gooseberry and freshly cut grass balanced with delicious honeydew melon and zesty lemon tart on the palate. Delicious enjoyed cold on its own or served with a range of seafood or a warm goats’ cheese salad.
The 2021 Seyval Blanc is a true example of the distinctive, fruit-forward character of English Sparkling Wine.

Made entirely from our own grown Pinot varieties, this wine is a mix of 45% Pinot Noir (mix of clones), 40% Pinot Noir Precoce and 15% Pinot Meunier. With our warm summer of 2023 the result is an intoxicating aroma of red summer fruit produce.
On the mouth the first taste is distinctly of ripe raspberries and loganberries followed by pomegranate and perhaps some red currant. The wine leaves a smooth and rounded finish. This is well balanced and a delight to drink on a summer’s afternoon – with or without food!

Our Sauvignon Blanc has its own Characteristics. It is different to a French or New Zealand; it can only be described as wonderfully Cornish. Crafted from the finest handpicked Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown at our beautiful Sussex vineyards, the fruit destined for our Rosé de Noirs was partially fermented in Burgundian oak barrels and bottle aged for a minimum of 53 months.
